May 13, 2004 - DTI: Call center industry to double in 2 years
THE DEPARTMENT of Trade and Industry (DTI) is forecasting that the
country's booming call center industry would reach to 80,000 seats by the
end of 2005, twice the size of the projected capacity for this year
which is 40,000.
